Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tesla Wrap Design ('the Service'), operated by TeslaWrapskin ('we'), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

•Create Tesla wrap designs for Paint Shop

•Generate images with AI tools

•Save and manage design projects in the cloud

•Export designs compatible with Tesla custom wrap features

3. User accounts

Some features require an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential, for all activity under it, and for notifying us immediately of unauthorised use.

4. Credits & payment

•AI image generation requires credits

•Credits can be purchased through our payment provider

•Used credits are non-refundable

•Unused credits never expire

Payments are processed by Polar.sh as our merchant of record. All payment terms, refunds and billing queries are governed by Polar's terms.

5. Free plan limits

Free accounts can save up to 10 projects. To save more, upgrade to a paid plan or delete existing projects.

6. User Content & Design Submission Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to provide the Service. Save designs you create or upload to your account and share them to the community gallery. Before uploading, please ensure the exact vehicle template is accurate: pick model, year and trim in the editor, add images, text or colour, check in 3D preview, then export the flat PNG — do not upload a 3D car screenshot. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, is illegal, harmful or offensive, contains malware, or violates applicable law.

7. AI-generated content

Images generated with our AI tools are for personal use in creating vehicle wrap designs only. You are responsible for ensuring AI content does not infringe third-party rights; we do not guarantee it is free of IP disputes.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free service. Tesla Wrap Design is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately and saved projects may be deleted.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
